- I'm not technical. Can I run a project with you?
- Yes. We speak plain language, send frequent updates, and schedule calls whenever a decision needs alignment. If something is unclear, we explain it until it makes sense.
- What if I want to change something mid-project?
- The first month is fairly flexible (minor changes at no cost). Bigger changes become "phase 2" with a new quote. We lock scope per 2-week sprint.
- Can I buy only the diagnosis?
- Yes. The report includes a detailed scope any vendor can bid on equally.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before the diagnosis. Public case studies require explicit approval.
- What happens after the MVP — how do we keep evolving?
- We offer monthly evolution contracts (dedicated squad), scoped projects, or full handoff to your team. Your call.
