ABOUT RECHE

Run by someone who has lived both sides.

Gabriel Redondo founded Reche Inc after a decade as a firefighter, two prior ventures, and a short stint at a traditional software factory. Since 2024, he operates 100% with AI and built RecheOS as the delivery pipeline.

FOUNDER

Gabriel Redondo

Ten years as a firefighter in Brazil. In parallel, I founded the first version of Freelans — a marketplace for independent MEI professionals — built in off-duty hours between shifts.

I co-founded Menuzao, a delivery app developed over 2 years to production MVP. That was the project that pulled me out of the firefighter career full-time to run a startup.

I was a partner at a traditional software factory for a few months before realizing the classic model (scaling via human headcount) could not keep up with the pace AI was already setting. In 2024 I left to build what is now RecheOS: a complete software delivery pipeline with AI agents instead of people.

I rebuilt Freelans from scratch with Claude Code + RecheOS — in a few weeks I did what previously had taken years. Since then, every product we ship — Markuva, AlunoPRO, Carrga, Cermani, ImoAvalia, Litix, Linda Atende, Trifold CRM, 4finance — has been built with this methodology.

Studied Business Administration — learned more from shipping than from class.

VALUES

The five pillars.

Radical transparency

Public methodology, clear pricing, client-owned code. If we can't explain it in plain language, it doesn't go into the contract.

ROI before code

Quantitative diagnosis before any project. If there's no clear return, it's not worth doing.

Non-negotiable quality

Mandatory quality gates. Zero any. Zero warnings. Green build before merge. No shortcuts.

Operational seniority

Senior factory process in a lean team. Agility is not an excuse for mess.

Portability

Client owns the code. No vendor lock-in, no closed platform. You can leave with everything if you want.
