We only collect data necessary to handle your request and provide our services:

• Name, email, company, and role submitted via forms
• Content of messages you send us
• Anonymized browsing data (Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights)
• With your consent: analytics cookies (GA4) and ad cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn)

• To reply to your message and propose services
• To improve the site based on anonymized behavior
• To send marketing communication only if you explicitly opt in

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties without your authorization.

We use essential cookies (site function), preference cookies (selected language) and, with your explicit consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can revoke consent at any time via the cookie banner.

We protect your data with HTTPS across all pages, no plain-text password storage, and minimal data collection. We do not process sensitive data (SSN, credit card) on this site.

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Material changes are communicated by email to our mailing list.

When you register for a Reche Inc in-person event (pages under recheinc.com/eventos), we handle your registration data as follows:

• We collect your name, WhatsApp number, email and, if the event asks, company and role. We use this data to confirm your seat and to contact you about the event, by email and WhatsApp: a confirmation, reminders before the event and, afterwards, a thank-you note with the materials. These messages carry no sales offer and are not sent if the registration is cancelled.
• Your registration is recorded in our customer relationship system (CRM), so the Reche Inc team can contact you about the event.
• Sales contact, content and news from Reche Inc depend on the separate, optional box on the form. Without it, your registration does not enter our sales queue and you do not receive content or news, such as the invitation to the next event.
• We keep the IP address of the registration only as a pseudonymised code (hash with a secret key), used to block automated mass submissions. This code is deleted within 30 days.
• You can request access to, correction or deletion of this data at contato@recheinc.com.

When you complete a Reche Academy training, class or course, we may issue a certificate with a verification code (pages under recheinc.com/certificados). We handle this data as follows:

• The certificate stores your name, your email, the subject (the training, class or course) and the issue date. The email is only used by our team to identify the certificate and never appears on the verification page.
• Anyone who has the certificate code can see your name, the subject, the date and the type of certificate on the verification page and in the PDF. Nothing else is shown, and these pages are not indexed by search engines. Only share the code with people you want to check the certificate.
• To block automated mass lookups, the verification page keeps the IP address of whoever checks a code only as a pseudonymised code (hash with a secret key), never together with the code that was checked. This record is deleted along with the rest within 30 days.
• The certificate is kept for as long as it is useful for verification, which is the reason it exists. Deletion can be requested at any time at contato@recheinc.com.
• You can request access to, correction or deletion of your certificate data at contato@recheinc.com.

When you sign up for interest in an online course (pages under recheinc.com/en/courses) or study in the student area, we handle your data as follows:

• The "Sign me up" button collects your name, WhatsApp number and email. We use them to talk to you about the course by email and WhatsApp, and we record the contact in our customer relationship system (CRM). Signing up for interest does not create an enrollment or a charge.
• Sales contact, content and news from Reche Inc depend on the separate, optional choice in the form.
• To block automated mass submissions, we count attempts by a pseudonymized code of your IP address (a keyed hash), which is not stored with your data and is deleted within 1 day.
• In the student area, your access link is personal: we only store a fingerprint of it (a hash), never the link itself. Opening the link gives your browser a session cookie used only in the student area, and we record the lessons you mark as completed to show your progress.
