AI CONSULTING + ROI DIAGNOSIS
AI in your company, before your competitors.
You know you need to adopt AI. You still don't know where, how, or what returns to expect. Reche builds that map in 2 weeks — with real numbers from your operation, not PowerPoint.
See how it worksWho this is for
It's for you if:
- Companies with mature operations, meaningful data, and board pressure to "do something with AI" without knowing where to apply it. You already have process, you already have data — what's missing is the map of where AI fits with clear returns.
It's not for you if:
- Your company already has a mature in-house AI/ML team
- You're chasing tech hype, not results
- You don't want to expose internal processes in a diagnosis
How it works
4 steps in 2 calendar weeks.
Kick-off and process mapping
Initial workshop with you and key leaders. We map current processes and identify where AI has real leverage.
Data and tools deep dive
We audit what you already have: ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, reports. We map data gaps and integration opportunities.
Quantitative diagnosis
Each opportunity gets an estimate of effort, cost, 6-12 month projected ROI, and risk. We prioritize by impact versus effort.
Delivery and handoff
Executive report + closing workshop + prioritized roadmap + tailored quote if you move forward.
What you get
- Process map annotated with AI leverage points
- Top opportunities ranked by projected ROI
- 12-month phased roadmap
- Tailored quote per initiative
- Closing workshop recording
- 30 days of async WhatsApp support
COMMERCIAL MODEL
Transparent. No surprises. Credited back.
The diagnosis fee is agreed upon in our first chat, based on company size and scope. We charge because a quality diagnosis requires real immersion — and we credit it back in full if you move forward.
Prices locked after the initial chat. No hourly billing, no extras.
Paid diagnosis
Filters out tire-kickers and delivers actionable value from step one, even if you don't move forward with us.
100% credited back
If you hire Reche to implement the initiatives, the diagnosis fee is deducted from the project price.
Tailored budget
Each initiative gets its own quote after the diagnosis — no rigid packages, no hourly billing.
Frequently asked questions
My data is confidential. How does confidentiality work?
We sign a mutual NDA before any deep dive. All material circulates only between you, Gabriel, and the audited RecheOS infrastructure. Nothing goes to a third-party server without your explicit consent.
Do you serve my industry?
Our portfolio includes cases in education, finance, legal, real estate, healthcare, and more. The diagnosis framework is industry-agnostic — we adapt to your sector.
What if my data is not organized?
The diagnosis itself identifies that. Often the first recommended initiative is to organize data (governance, source unification) before applying AI. It's not a problem — it's part of the process.
What sets you apart from traditional consulting?
Three things: speed (2 weeks vs months), scope (we deliver running code, not just slides), and transparency (public methodology, no corporate wrap).
Can I buy only the diagnosis and implement with my team?
Yes, 100% accepted. The report is self-contained and includes a phased quote. The diagnosis is worth it for the map itself.
